Mission & Values

The mission of Massachusetts MENTOR is to offer adults, children, young people and their families innovative, quality services and supports that lead to growth and independence, regardless of the physical, intellectual or behavioral challenges they face. Massachusetts MENTOR’s philosophy emphasizes partnerships—with those we serve, their families, our employees, Mentors, payors and the communities in which we work—in an effort to help people shape the direction of their own lives in community-based settings.

Our Values

How we act when we work together and with the people we serve matters to us at Massachusetts MENTOR. Our core values serve as a guide for how we look inward, how we act outwardly, how we come together, and how we move forward. They’re at the heart of everything we do to carry out our mission and achieve our vision.
